Lori is a global learning strategist whose custom-designed solutions enhance individual, team and organizational performance. Her specialization is designing and embedding frameworks and tools for people to improve their capabilities, behaviours and results every day. Her background is an honours in Developmental Psychology and ongoing applied research while collaborating with clients’ Teams to enable change.
Natalie has a background in marketing strategy, innovation, organisational and leadership development. She has 20 years of corporate and consultancy experience; in start-ups, within corporate incubators and as an Innovation Director in large research firms.
Raingsey has approximately 5 years’ experience working with training service providers in Cambodia, including VBNK and The Capacity Specialists in the role of trainer and training support. She has delivered or supported training in a range of soft skills such as Communication, Problem Solving, Critical Thinking, Team Building, Public Speaking and Presentation Skills to clients including Amret, Smart, Cellcard, RMA, Europ Continents, VVOB, Educo, World Vision, Muslim Aid, GIZ and ChildFund.
Lida has been training soft skills in Cambodia for seven years, helping participants to identify their goals, build confidence, improve their communication and develop positive behaviours. Sara Perry is an experienced learning and development professional with over 20 years’ experience gained within both the public and private sectors in the UK and Asia. Having worked in a number of multi-national environments in the UK and in Asia, Sara has developed a strong understanding of the need to recognise, understand and respect cultural differences in the work that she does and is expert in helping merge cultures to bring about organisational success.
Becky Bevers has over 20 years extensive experience of training and development gained across a variety of roles held in the public and private sectors. Becky began her training career in the leisure and hospitality industry where she gained experience training across sectors such as retail, catering and hospitality. A move into a freelance role followed to focus more on management development and soft skills where Becky worked with many UK government departments as well as private sector businesses.
David started his career in Deloitte in UK and has been training and consulting in Microsoft Office since 2013. He has devoted hundreds of hours into improving his proficiency in Microsoft Office and is now a certified Microsoft Office Master.
Vanaka has five years of experience designing and managing education projects. He trained participants and teams on a range of subjects, including soft skills, leadership, entrepreneurship, and oral history. He leveraged the power of filmmaking, art, life story interviews, and other medium to deliver ambitious projects.
