Edmund Seow is a speaker, trainer and facilitator with over 11 years of experience working with companies around Asia. In Cambodia he has trained and coached employees from RMA, Smart, Cellcard, AMK, SCG, Amret, Europ Continents, Prudential, Royal School of Administration and Ministry of Social Affairs.
Lori is a global learning strategist whose custom-designed solutions enhance individual, team and organizational performance. Her specialization is designing and embedding frameworks and tools for people to improve their capabilities, behaviours and results every day. Her background is an honours in Developmental Psychology and ongoing applied research while collaborating with clients’ Teams to enable change.
Natalie has a background in marketing strategy, innovation, organisational and leadership development. She has 20 years of corporate and consultancy experience; in start-ups, within corporate incubators and as an Innovation Director in large research firms.
Richard Muralee is an experienced OBI (Ongoing Business Improvement) Consultant. He is also a facilitator for leadership, sales and management programs for leaders and managers of all levels. His background prior to training & facilitation was in the construction services and financial sectors.
Nadzrin has 20 years’ experience in learning and development in the areas of personal and organizational development and has delivered almost 12,000 hours of learning programs at both middle and upper management levels. In Cambodia he has trained participants from Manulife, Prudential, RMA, Cambodian Public Bank, HKL, Indochina Starfish Foundation, Lotus Green Team, SL International and Forest & Livelihood Organisation.
Raingsey has approximately 5 years’ experience working with training service providers in Cambodia, including VBNK and The Capacity Specialists in the role of trainer and training support. She has delivered or supported training in a range of soft skills such as Communication, Problem Solving, Critical Thinking, Team Building, Public Speaking and Presentation Skills to clients including Amret, Smart, Cellcard, RMA, Europ Continents, VVOB, Educo, World Vision, Muslim Aid, GIZ and ChildFund.
Lida has been training soft skills in Cambodia for seven years, helping participants to identify their goals, build confidence, improve their communication and develop positive behaviours. She has delivered training to participants from Smart, Cellcard, Amret, Canadia Bank, Cambodia Post Bank, Bank of Tokyo Mitsubishi, GL Finance, Manulife, RMA, SCG & Worldbridge Outsourcing.
Becky Bevers has over 20 years extensive experience of training and development gained across a variety of roles held in the public and private sectors. Becky began her training career in the leisure and hospitality industry where she gained experience training across sectors such as retail, catering and hospitality. A move into a freelance role followed to focus more on management development and soft skills where Becky worked with many UK government departments as well as private sector businesses.
David began his career as an accountant with Deloitte in London, UK. In 2013, David began offering training and consulting services in Cambodia which has included Microsoft Office training. As he has always served as a consultant, David has been constantly finding ways to enhance efficiency to deliver better value service to his clients. In particular, he has devoted hundreds of hours into improving his proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Vanaka has five years of experience designing and managing education projects. He trained participants and teams on a range of subjects, including soft skills, leadership, entrepreneurship, and oral history. He leveraged the power of filmmaking, art, life story interviews, and other medium to deliver ambitious projects.

Galeno’s consulting and coaching extensively range from industries such as Activity Entertainment, Events, Education, Food and Beverage, Marketing, Hospitality, Tourism, Healthcare and Construction.
Matt has been a trainer/facilitator for The Capacity Specialists since early 2014. During this time he has designed and delivered many experiential learning workshops to participants from Amret, Australian Red Cross, Cambodia Airports, Cambrew, Childfund Cambodia, Cellcard, CIMB, Damco, Kredit, Online, RHB, RMA, Room to Read, Royal Limousine and Vattanac Bank. Matt’s training style focuses on engaging participants through meaningful and relevant activities.
Gin has over 20 years of experience in various industries and organisations, working in environments with a strong customer focus. She has worked in Cambodia for over three years as both a Senior EFL Teacher at Australian Centre for Education and now as a freelance Business English Trainer.
