The Core EmpowermentTM program will help your employees identify ways to transform themselves. It will help define their YOU (Your Own Uniqueness), liberate their mind and help them stretch their capabilities.
The Core EmpowermentTM program consists of 2 x 2 day workshops followed up with optional coaching and is aimed at pre-management employees.
Program Guarantee
We guarantee that there will be a noticeable change in the behavior in the workplace of participants after the coaching. If there is not then you will not have to make the final 50% payment.

He is professionally qualified as a practitioner in NLP and process-oriented Psychology. He is now an associate trainer for MIM, and an associate partner for Asia Finance and Investment Limited, Cambodia and affiliate with ANZ Institute, Australia. He does OBI (on-going business improvement) projects in Myanmar, Cambodia and Malaysia.
