Nadzrin has 20 years’ experience in learning and development in the areas of personal and organizational development and has delivered almost 12,000 hours of learning programs at both middle and upper management levels. In Cambodia he has trained participants from Manulife, Prudential, RMA, Cambodian Public Bank, HKL, Indochina Starfish Foundation, Lotus Green Team, SL International and Forest & Livelihood Organisation.

Lori is a global learning strategist whose custom-designed solutions enhance individual, team and organizational performance. Her background is an honours in Developmental Psychology and ongoing applied research while collaborating with clients’ Teams to enable change.
Natalie Turner
Natalie has a background in marketing strategy, innovation, organisational and leadership development. She has 20 years of corporate and consultancy experience; in start-ups, within corporate incubators and as an Innovation Director in large research firms.
Sara Perry
Sara Perry is an experienced learning and development professional with over 20 years’ experience gained within both the public and private sectors in the UK and Asia. Having worked in a number of multi-national environments in the UK and in Asia, Sara has developed a strong understanding of the need to recognise, understand and respect cultural differences in the work that she does and is expert in helping merge cultures to bring about organisational success.

David Benaim
David started his career in Deloitte in UK and has been training and consulting in Microsoft Office since 2013. He has devoted hundreds of hours into improving his proficiency in Microsoft Office and is now a certified Microsoft Office Master.
Nick Byles
Nick has over 30 years’ experience as an experienced leader and qualified manager teaching and directing teams in business development including Project Management, IT, Procurement, Engineering and Finance projects. He has worked on projects with many commercial organisations, Cambodian government departments and NGOs in Cambodia. His key career role was as Senior Consultant and Program Manager with IBM UK for 12 years.

Lida has been training soft skills in Cambodia for seven years, helping participants to identify their goals, build confidence, improve their communication and develop positive behaviours. Sochetra Mao
Sochetra has delivered Excel training since 2019 to participants from MUFG Bank, Lotus Green Team, Chip Mong Group, PPCB, Phillip Bank, LCH Development and Cambodia Knits. He has also taught Excel to year 3 students at the National University of Management (NUM). He has been providing support for learning & development services run by The Capacity Specialists since 2017. He has supported basic in-house workshops and longer programs involving coaching in a range of skills such as Customer Service, Soft Skills, Marketing, Leadership, Management, Coaching, Advanced Excel, Mastering Your Email & Task Management and PowerPoint & Presentation Skills.
