Lida has been training soft skills in Cambodia for seven years, helping participants to identify their goals, build confidence, improve their communication and develop positive behaviours. She has delivered training to participants from Smart, Cellcard, Amret, Canadia Bank, Cambodia Post Bank, Bank of Tokyo Mitsubishi, GL Finance, Manulife, RMA, SCG & Worldbridge Outsourcing.
Lida is also the co-founder of SHE Investments, a social enterprise that supports female entrepreneurs by providing business training, mentoring and ongoing support to grow their businesses and thereby create economic and social impact. She is currently responsible for organizational growth, implementation of all programs and training and mentoring to women in SMEs and NGOs including WATERSHED Cambodia, World Vision & IDE.
Lida also worked in the NGO sector in Cambodia for six years and during this time gained experience in leadership, management, program development and interpersonal skills development, including self-motivation.
Lida was the co-founder of Volunteer for Community Development (VCD) where she helped members of the Chanleas Dai commune to establish programs to help their community. As a result of this achievement, Lida was awarded Cambodia's first ever 2011 Indradevi Hope Award for Young Achievers
Lida is also the Chairman of Passerelles Numériques Cambodia Alumni (PNCA) where she oversees performance of the Executive Board including approving budgets and annual action plans and acting as a personal development trainer.
Through her varied experiences gained from research, study, career and life in both Cambodia and abroad, Lida strongly believes in the power of dreams, self- motivation and action which has been the key to motivate her to success.
Lida’s vision is to see Cambodians live their dreams, goals and ambitions in order to reach their full potential.
