Richard Muralee is an experienced OBI (Ongoing Business Improvement) Consultant. He is also a facilitator for leadership, sales and management programs for leaders and managers of all levels. His background prior to training & facilitation was in the construction services and financial sectors.
After graduation, Richard acquired wide experiences in understanding human behaviour and habits, as well as understanding management styles and idiosyncrasies. However, his longest transformational experience would be in the financial services (life assurance) sector, working his way up from doing cold-call sales to sales management, then, a training manager.
Richard went into training full time in 1996 and by 2000 he was well into facilitation – facilitating group and individual behaviour change. His consulting experience came in later, after gathering much experience in the field of human behavioural change process. In 2007, he started his first consulting work and since then he has done several consulting assignments across Asia.

Richard is also a certified Yoga Practitioner. He is an artist and does symbolic art. He has conducted more than 150 DeepChange workshops. He released his first e-book called ‘Emerge Empower Embrace YOU’ in August 2015.
