Sochetra has delivered Excel training to participants from MUFG Bank, Lotus Green Team, Chip Mong Group, PPCB, Phillip Bank, LCH Development and Cambodia Knits. He has also taught Excel to year 3 students at the National University of Management (NUM) and co-facilitated Excel workshops to clients such as Cambrew, PSI Cambodia, Adidas, KB Daehan Specialized Bank, Heineken, Hongkong Land, Bodia Spa, Chip Mong Group, ISPP, Solidarity Centre, PPCB and Prudential Cambodia.

He has been providing support for learning & development services run by The Capacity Specialists since 2017. He has supported basic in-house workshops and longer programs involving coaching in a range of skills such as Customer Service, Soft Skills, Marketing, Leadership, Management, Coaching, Advanced Excel, Mastering Your Email & Task Management and PowerPoint & Presentation Skills to clients including Smart, Cellcard, ActionAid, ChipMong, Damco, Marie Stopes International Cambodia, PSE, Heineken, Save the Children, Prudential, True Money, Total Cambodge, Unilever, Panalpina, Dynamic Pharma, Urbanland and HR Inc and CBC.

Sochetra is very passionate in learning and development and strongly believes that learning is a continuous lifelong experience. Furthermore, his experience has allowed and encouraged him to develop and explore his life’s mission to influence people to think positively in developing themselves to beyond who they think they are. By doing this they can create valuable impact to their organization and to society.
