The Employee Engagement program will help your managers and supervisors to understand what it takes to engage their teams and to give them the skills and tools to do this effectively.
The Employee Engagement program consists of 4 x 2 day workshops followed up with optional coaching. The 4 workshops are:

He does OBI (on-going business improvement) projects in Myanmar, Cambodia and Malaysia.
